Treat rebate claims carefully
Federal, provincial, and utility programs for heat pumps or efficiency upgrades can open, change eligibility, or end. Amounts quoted on third-party sites are frequently outdated.
Before you budget a rebate into a purchase decision, confirm the program name, eligibility, eligible equipment lists, and stacking rules on the official program page. Ask your contractor which paperwork they handle.
